Ricky was very communicative via text to set up my appt. and then called me to alert me that he was en route.  He was punctual and very professional.  He and his associate were very thorough and took the time to clean the mud debris off the driveway and sidewalk.  His price was reasonable and I plan to use him again. This is my second time using Ricky’s services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. Aerate A Lawn

This was my first experience with lawn aeration and it went very smoothly. I requested project information on a Sunday and was surprised to receive a call that same day. This was totally pain free, all I had to do was mark my sprinkler heads and leave the back gate unlatched and payment in an agreed upon location. I received a phone call when he was on the way and again when the job was finished. Service was exceptional and the job was performed for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. There was no inconvenience on my part, very thoughtful of Ricky. My lawn already looks much better. I will likely have it done annually now.
